2. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Requirements

• All guests must be 16 years of age or older
• Bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by phone
• A valid email address and phone number are required for all bookings
• Maximum capacity is 4 people per session

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable taxes

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 4+ hours before appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 4 hours: 50% charge applies
• No-shows: Full session fee charged
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Cancellation by Bayt Al Sukoon

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to maintenance, emergency situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

Health Conditions

Sauna use is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions. Please consult your physician before booking if you have:

• Cardiovascular conditions or heart problems
• High or low blood pressure
• Pregnancy
• Diabetes or blood sugar regulation issues
• Recent surgery or medical procedures
• Any condition that affects your ability to regulate body temperature

Safety Guidelines

• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance
• Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session
• Limit initial sessions to 10-15 minutes
• Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell
• No alcohol consumption before or during sauna use
• Remove all jewelry and metal objects before entering

5. Facility Rules and Conduct

• Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment
• Use provided towels and follow hygiene protocols
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on premises
• Photography and recording are prohibited without consent
• Report any damage or safety concerns immediately
• Children under 16 are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed except for certified service animals

6. Liability and Disclaimer

While we maintain the highest safety standards, sauna use carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are participating in sauna activities at your own risk. Bayt Al Sukoon, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effects resulting from sauna use.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Secure storage is provided, but use is at your own discretion.
